Returns & Exchanges

At Mastercard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Mastercard account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our quality team.
